Diet For Diabetes

I am a diabetic, diagnosed some twelve years ago. With good quality information (like the ones you will find on this site) on healthy eating, alternative medicine, natural healing, raw diet, exercise, etc. and a determination to beat this disease, I have been able to completely reverse my diabetes now. It's certainly not rocket science and if I can do it, I am sure you can achieve the same results if only you are prepared to give it a good go!
